摘要
为了探讨抗癌基因p53、癌转移抑制基因nm23的表达产物在胃癌及其对应的淋巴转移灶和正常组织中的表达,应用抗鼠p53,nm23H1单克隆抗体,用亲和素生物素过氧化物酶复合物法测定了这两种蛋白在上述组织中的表达.结果,在胃癌原发灶中nm23蛋白阳性表达率为41%,p53蛋白阳性表达率为50%;在对应淋巴转移灶中nm23蛋白阳性表达率为11%,而p53蛋白阳性表达率为67%.非癌组织中nm23蛋白表达全部为阴性,p53蛋白阳性表达率为2/6.nm23蛋白在胃癌原发灶中的阳性表达率显著高于非癌组织中的阳性表达率,胃癌原发灶中的阳性表达率显著高于转移灶中的nm23蛋白阳性表达率,原发灶高分化胃癌中的nm23蛋白阳性表达率显著高于低分化胃癌中的nm23蛋白阳性表达率;p53蛋白在胃癌淋巴转移灶中的阳性表达率显著高于非癌组织中的阳性表达率.
We have studied the expression of antimetastatic gene nm23 product and antioncogene p53 protein in gastric carcinoma and its corresponding lymph nodes and nontumor tissues. By ABC method with nm23H1 and p53 monoclonal antibodies.the results are as follows: the positive expression rates of nm23 in the primary focal of gastric carcinoma,metastatis lymph nodes and the nontumor tissues are 41%, 11% and 0% respectively. The positive expression rates of p53 in the primary focal of gastric carcinoma, metastatis lymph nodes and the nontumor tissues are 50%,67% and 2/6 respectively.The expression rates of nm23 protein in the gastric carcinoma are higher than those in nontumor tissues and me tastatis lymph nodes, and higher in well differentiation gastric carcinoma tissues than in poorly ones.The expression rate of p53 protein is higher in the metastatis lymph nodes than that in nontumor tissues.
