摘要经过文献、案例分析与专家意见汇整重要评价因子,进行了检验表问卷调查方式和统计数据,将个人主观感觉加以客观化,汇总诸多具设计评价经验的专家学者对质量评价细项的重视程度,以便合理拟制出一般性建筑工程设计质量评价指标的层级式体系。通过对建筑工程设计质量评价指标的建立,提供社会各建筑工程相关单位对设计质量评价的参考,进而加强对工程设计质量的落实,以期能达到提升建筑工程设计质量的目的。
