摘要
都市区的发展既是中心城与郊区相互联系的结果，又对城郊合作提出了新的要求。本文认为杭州已进入都市区形成与发展阶段，在此基础上通过分析都市区发展中面临的城郊矛盾及其诱发困素，提出了现阶段杭州都市区发展的基本思路和现行体制背景下促进都市区内城郊协调发展的若干管理对策。
The development of a metropolis is the result of interaction between central city and its suburban areas,which arises new demands to the cooperation between the two parts. the author thinks that Hangzhou has come into the stage of metropolitan development. This paper analyses the contradictions in the fringe in this region, and points out the basic thoughts and several countermeasures of management in the current politicaland economic system.
