摘要
覆盖型浅埋岩溶的存在，给地基的稳定及建筑物的安全造成很大的威胁。在我国南方，由于岩溶比较发育且分布较广，岩溶勘察和治理的经验比较丰富，成功的工程实例也比较多；而在北方城区，岩溶分布相对较少，岩溶勘察和治理的工程尚不多见。本文根据唐山市凤凰大厦岩溶地基勘察和治理的工程实例，介绍一种成功的治理方法。
The existence of overlying shallow karst is very harmful to the stability and safety of ground and building. In south part of China karst is relatively well developed and wide spread, so the investigation and administration of karst are experienced with many successful engineering examples. In north urban districts of China, karst distribution is comparatively less and projects of karst investigation and administration are also rare. A successful administration is introduced based on the engineering example of karst ground investigation and administration of Phoenix Mansion in Tangshan.
