镁铝水滑石的水热法制备 被引量:4

Synthesis of Mg,Al-Hydrotalcite by the Hydrothermal Method

摘要 以MgCl2和NaAlO2为主要原料,Na2CO3为沉淀剂,采用水热法成功地制备出分散性好、晶型完整、结构稳定的镁铝水滑石。利用扫描电子显微镜,X射线衍射技术手段以及分形理论,对镁铝水滑石的结构和形貌进行表征。表征结果显示,制得的镁铝水滑石具有须状外观结构,其直径为30~50nm,长度为850~1200nm。初步认为其形成过程是一个成核并沿晶格延伸生长成晶须的过程。 Mg, Al-hydrotalcite nanowhiskers with good scattering performance, complete crystal form and stable structure are successfully synthesized by a hydrothermal method using MgCl2 and NaAlO2 as raw material and Na2CO3 as the precipitator. Micro-structure and morphology of the prepared products are characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and fractal dimension. The results show that the particle has a whisker-like apparent structure. The diameter and length of the particle are 30 -50 nm and 850 - 1 200 nm respectively. It is revealed that the formation of Mg, Al-hydrotalcite nanowhiskers is a process of nucleation and whiskers stretch.
