摘要
近年来血清自身抗体检测越来越多的在临床上用于各种肝脏疾病，尤其是自身免疫性肝病的诊断和预后判断。但许多抗体的临床意义尚待进一步研究。本文就近年来各种自身抗体在肝脏疾病的诊断以及疗效、预后判断中意义的研究进展作一概述。
More and more detections of serum autoantibodies have been used in clinical practice, this may be helpful for the diagnosis and prognosis prediction of various liver diseases, particularly the autoimmune liver disease. However, the clinical significanees of many of these autoantibodies remain to be further investigated. This article reviewed the advances in studies on the signifieanees of various autoantibodies in the diagnosis, assessment of therapeutic effect and prognosis prediction of liver disease in recent years
