二月桂酸甘油酯类脂质体纳米药物载体合成以及性质研究 被引量:1

摘要 以自制月桂酸甘油酯为原料,选择超声乳化法制备了抗坏血酸类脂质体。以类脂质体包封率为指标,通过单因素实验考察了超声乳化法中胆固醇用量、药物用量、超声时间、稀释介质的温度对抗坏血酸类脂质体包封率的影响。通过单因素实验考察了超声时间、水相温度、胆固醇的用量、药物的用量对包封率的影响。结果表明,超声时间为15min,水相温度为0℃,脂质∶药物(w/w)为10∶1,类脂∶胆固醇(w/w)为2∶1为最优条件。实验表明,以自制的甘油二酯为原料能够形成包封率较好的类脂质体纳米药物载体,为类脂质体的合成提供了一种价格低廉的原料。 Vc liposomes were prepared by the supersound method with glyceryl dilaurate as synthetic materials. The concentration on entrapment efficiency was investigated. Single factor tests on the ratio of material and cholesterol, the supersound time, the water temperature, and the ratio of material and drug were carded out for optimization. The optimal conditions were found to be the supersound time 15 min, the water temperature 0 ℃, the material and cholesterol ratio 2 to1, the material and drug ratio 10 to1. The result showed that the glyceryl dilaurate as synthetic materials is an ideal carrier.
