摘要
目的观察放疗联合吉西他滨、顺铂治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的近期疗效及耐受性。方法27例局部晚期NSCLC患者,实施常规放疗,计划照射剂量60～70Gy/6～7周,1次/天,5天/周。同步行吉西他滨、顺铂化疗,方案为每周1次吉西他滨300mg/m2,顺铂30mg/m2。结果27例全部完成治疗计划,全部缓解(CR)和部分缓解(PR)分别为11.1%(3/27)和59.3%(16/27)。生存质量较前改善。最主要的不良反应为白细胞及血小板降低,但均可耐受。结论放疗联合吉西他滨、顺铂同步治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效较好,不良反应能为大多数患者耐受。
Objective To evaluate the effect and toxicity of concurrent gemcitabinem plus cisplatinin and radiotherapy for stage Ⅲ non - small celllung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods 27 patients with stage Ⅲ NSCLC were treated by radiotherapy with a total dose of DT 60 - 70 Gy/6 - 7 weeks,and chemotherapy with gemcitabinem 300mg/m^2 and cisplatin 30mg/m2 per week. Results The complete response rate （CR） and partly response rate （PR） werel 1.1% （3/27） and 59.3% （16/27）respectively. The main side effects were leueopenia and thromboeytopenia, but they were tolerable. Conclusion The regimen of concurrent gemcitabinem plus cisplatinin and radiotherapy is effective, safe and well - tolerable in the treatment of for stage Ⅱ non - small cell lung cancer.
