摘要
通过对关节轴承密封圈结构、材质性能及密封槽结构的分析,提出了一种新型的密封槽和密封圈结构,经实验和实际使用验证,改进后的密封装置密封性能良好,不易产生压装不到位、脱落及变形等缺陷。
By analyzing the cause of the seal ring falling off case of spherical plain bearing. An improved design of the structure and seal groove was introduced. The bearing which utilize this type of seal structure can work well, and the case of seal ring falling off is infrequent.
