摘要
机械行业的绿色设计关系着工业振兴和工业资源的节约和保护。随着国家重型机械的发展,作为基础备件的重型轴承的绿色设计也是行业关心的问题,对重型机械轴承绿色设计的理解从几个方面进行了探讨:轴承材料的选择与管理;轴承产品可拆卸性设计;轴承产品的可回收性设计;轴承产品的成本分析;轴承产品设计数据库。文中介绍了重型机械轴承目前的现状和未来的预想,给出了建设性的意见。
The green design of mechanical industry is relation to the development and resources, saving and protection. Along with the development of national heavy machinery spare parts, as the basis of heavy-duty, bearings of green design are concerned. Green design of heavy machinery bearing is discussed from several aspects： the bearing material selection and management, the disassembling design, the recycling of product design, the cost of the product analysis, design database of rearing product. This paper reports the heavy machinery bearing the current situation and future expected, gives the constructive comment.
