摘要
以Ｍｏｏｒｅ型双极珍珠面人工股骨头置换术治疗各类髋部疾患２４例共２５髋，对其中２１例作了９个月以上、平均２年８个月的随访，治疗满意率９５．４５％。作者通过对临床资料的综合分析，列举了常见并发症产生的原因及处理对策，并就手术适应症。术的、术中、术后各个环节治疗要点提出了自己的看法。
