拉细羊毛的结构形态与性能 被引量:9

Study on the structure configuration and characteristics of the slenderised wool

摘要 以3种不同拉细羊毛为研究对象,对其表面鳞片结构形态、强伸性能、摩擦性能、热水收缩率进行了测试,并与细度相当的细支羊毛(100支)及山羊绒进行对比研究。研究表明:拉细羊毛表面鳞片高度增加,密度减小,且有脱落、翘起的现象。同时,拉细羊毛横截面呈多边形状,呈现不同的反射光。与细度相当的细支羊毛和山羊绒相比,拉细羊毛纤维断裂强度大,缩绒性小,具有山羊绒和细羊毛无法比拟的一些特性。但是,拉细羊毛具有较高的热水收缩性能,在实际加工中要注意掌握低温原则。 Based on the three slenderized wool fibers, the article measured the scale structure and configuration, the strength property, the surface friction property and the hot water shrinkage, compared the performance of the general wool (100 s), cashmere and the slenderised wool. The results show that the stretched wool's scale height is increased, scale density is decreased, having the appearance of scale shedding and scale tilting. Besides, the transverse section of slender wool is polygon, show different reflex. Compared with wool and cashmere, the slenderized wool not only has higher bursting strength and lower felting ability, but also has some good properties that cashmere and wool have not. Also, slenderized wool fiber has higher hydrothermal contractibility, it must keep the low temperature in the process.
