摘要
目的了解014社区60岁以上未发生心脑血管事件的糖尿病患者,应用阿司匹林的状况。方法2008年6月～2008年7月,在参与体检的014社区60岁以上职工中筛选出糖尿病患者196例,去除已发生心脑血管事件者40例。对156例糖尿病患者进行阿司匹林应用情况调查。结果在156例糖尿病患者中,长期规律应用阿司匹林者56例,占35.9%。其中阿司匹林用量≥75mg/d者39例(25%),阿司匹林用量<75mg/d者17例(10.9%)。未应用阿司匹林者100例(64.1%)。其中不知要应用者69例(44.2%),担心有副作用者24例(15.4%),已出现副作用者7例(0.45%)。156例糖尿病患者中,正确应用阿司匹林者39例,仅占25%。结论阿司匹林在糖尿病患者中一级预防心脑血管疾病应用率远远不足,需在广大医务人员、患者以及全社会进行宣传教育。
Purpose Understand the application condition of aspirin of the diabetic patients （older than 60 years） without heart Cerebrovascular disease. Method From June, 2008 to July, 2008, 196 diabetic patients （older than 60 years） were in the 014 Community. Among them, 40 cases were combined with heart cerebrovascular disease. The application condition of aspirin in the other 156 cases was investigated. Result Among the 156 cases, 56 diabetics （35.9%） are using aspirin regularly; 39（25%） cases were used the aspirin more than 75mg/d and 17 cases （10.9%） were less than 75mg/d. One hundred diabetics （64.1%） never used the aspirin, 69 cases （44.2%） did not know it need to use aspirin; 24 cases （15.4%） were worried about the side-effect and 7 cases （0.45%） occurred the side effect. Only 39 （25%） diabetics used the aspirin correctly among the 156 samples. Conclusion Aspirin was not well used in the diabetics to prevent the heart cerebrovascular disease, this need to be emphasized on doctors, patients and the whole society.
