摘要
宁夏枸杞是一种十分重要、普及的中药,其鉴别工作一直为学者所关注。传统的鉴别方法有性状鉴别、显微鉴别和化学成分分析鉴别等。随着研究水平的不断提高,对宁夏枸杞的鉴别在传统的基础上又出现了光谱法鉴别和分子生物学鉴别等新兴的鉴别手段,这些鉴别方法提高了人们对宁夏枸杞的认识水平,并在宁夏枸杞的实际鉴别工作中增加了更科学的成分。
Lycium barbarum L.is a very important and prevalent traditional Chinese medicine.The identification work has been concerned by scholars.The traditional identified way included traits identification,micro-identification,chemical composition analysis and so on.With the constant improvement of research level,there are many new methods appeared on the traditional base,such as spectrum way and molecular biology method,which have improved the knowledge of Lycium barbarum L.and added to more scientific ingredient in its identification.
