摘要
[目的]优选黄珠子草的提取工艺条件。[方法]利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),分别测定水煎煮液、乙醇提取液中槲皮素的含量,并采用正交试验优选最佳提取工艺。[结果]黄珠子草最佳提取方法是乙醇提取法。最佳提取工艺条件为:6倍量70%乙醇,提取3次,每次3 h。[结论]乙醇提取法优于水煎煮法,所选工艺条件合理、可行。
[Objective] The aim of this research was to optimize the extraction technology of Phyllanthus virgatus Forst..[Method] The content of quercetin in decoction liquid and ethanol-extracts was respectively determined by HPLC and the optimal extraction technology was defined using orthogonal test design.[Result] The optimal extraction technology of Phyllanthus virgatus Forst.was ethanol extraction method and the optimum extraction conditions was as follows: concentration of ethanol at 70%,ratio of liquid to solid at 6∶1,extraction for 3 times and 3 hours each time.[Conclusion] The extraction rate of quercetin using ethanol extraction technology was higher than the decoction liquid method and the optimum extraction conditions was rational and feasible.
