摘要
我院自１９７６年至１９９６年收治１０例儿童肺结核并发左侧膈膨升。男６例，女４例。年龄３～１５岁。原发综合症７例，支气管淋巴结核２例，粟粒型肺结核１例。１０例均并发左侧膈膨升。作者的经验该病的可能原因是支气管淋巴结结核损伤了膈神经，膈神经麻痹致膈膨升。
Ten cases of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with eventration of the diaphragm in children were admitted in NanJing children's hospital from 1976 to `1996.Six cases were male and four cases female.Age distribution was 3～15 years old.Among 10 cases,7 cases were primary complex,2 cases were TB of bronchial lymphnodes and 1 case was acute miliary TB.All of these cases were complicated with eventration of left diaphragm.Our expriance is noted that the probable cause of eventration of the diaphragm is due to nerves in jury by TB of branchial lymphnodes.
