摘要
本文回顾了我院自１９８２年１月至１９９６年１２月收治的６４例腹部穿透性刺伤病人。１９９０年１２月以前的２６例常规行剖腹探查，结果无脏器损伤９例，探查阳性１７例。１９９１年１月以后收治３８例，选择循环稳定、腹膜炎轻、肠鸣音存在的病例行非手术治疗，结果选择非手术治疗１８例，仅１例中转手术，１７例治愈出院，其中肝损伤６例；手术治疗２１例，其中探查阴性２例。作者认为只要严格掌握适应症，非手术治疗腹部穿透性刺伤和轻度肝损伤是安全可靠的。
This is a retrospective study of 64 cases of penetrating abdominal stab wounds.Twenty-six patients were routinely operated on immediate.Nine of them had no significant intra-abdominal injury.In the remaining 38 patients,18 of those had a stable circulation,soft abdomen and good bowel sound were treated conservatively with observation,and only 1 case needed subsequent operation.Nocomplications were recorded in the patients.This group included 6 cases with liver injury.It is concluded that carefully selected cases of penetrating abdominal stab wounds and liver injuries can safely be managed without operation.
