常温、高温下检测肺门支气管内5-氟尿嘧啶值评价雾化吸入效应的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过高热雾化吸入5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu),建立一种治疗肺癌的热化疗相结合的新方法。方法用家兔和肺癌病人为对象、对比了高热与常温条件下,雾化吸入5-Fu后,在气管、肺门支气管、周围肺组织、肺门淋巴结、肿瘤组织及血浆中5-Fu浓度,标本用高效液相层析仪检测(HPLC)。结果加热组在上述标本中的含量明显高于常温组,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01),血浆中含量甚微。结论热疗与局部化疗通过雾化吸入可同时应用,并可产生协同作用,且全身毒副作用小于静脉化疗。 bjective A new method combining thermotherapy and chemotherapy was established through hyperthermal aerosol inhalation of 5fluorouracil(5Fu) to treat lung cancer.Methods The subjects of experiment were rabbits and patients with lung cancer.In order to compare hyperthermal aerosol in halation of 5Fu with ordnary aerosol inhalation and intravenous chemotherapy,the content of 5Fu in trachea,hilar bronchi,lung tissue surrounding the tumor,hilar lymph nodes,tumor tissue and plasma were determined with HPLC.Pathologic examination was also performed.Results Hyperthermal aerosol inhalation can significantly increase the contents of 5Fu in the tissues mentioned above(P<001).No acute damage to lung tissue was found in pathologic examination of lung tissues.Conclusion Thermotherapy and local chemotherapy via aerosol inhalation can be used simultaneously with synergistic effect and there is no obvious general toxic side effect.
