摘要
饭店效率研究是饭店业学术研究的核心问题之一.运用DEA方法的CRS、VRS、NIRS模型,从经济类型、规模、星级情况3个角度,计算出我国饭店业整体效率以及不同类型饭店的整体效率,并对结果进行相应分析,以期揭示我国饭店业的整体运营现状.
Measuring efficiency is one of core issues in the field of hotel management. This study aims to measure the overall efficiency of China＇s hotel industry. Three models of DEA are established to measure the efficiency of overall efficiency, the efficiency of different type of hotels from aspects of economic types, scale, star-rate.
