摘要
采用扫描电镜观察了16个核果类种的花粉粒,认为花粉粒的极轴长、赤轴长、形状、极面区萌发沟延伸程度、外壁纹饰,条纹宽度、穿孔等都是鉴定核果类种分类和探讨演化亲缘关系的形态指标。桃属种达到了核果类进化的最高阶段,杏较西伯利亚杏原始,榆叶梅介于杏属与桃属间的种。毛桃、山桃、新疆桃的亲缘关系较近,甘肃桃在桃属中处于较原始地位。
Pollen grains of 16 stone fruit species were examined using the scanning electron microscope. The results show that pollen morphology has important values in studying the origin, evolution and taxonomy of stone fruit species with size, shape and exine patterns of pollen grains as criteria. It is suggested that stone fruit species examined can be divided into 4 groups, i. e. Cerasus, Prunus, Armeniaca and Amygda-lus. Armeniaca vulgaris is an earlier species than A. sibirica. Flowering plum (Amygdalus triloba) is the species between Armeniaca and Amygdalus. Amygdalus is at the highest stages in evolution of stone fruit species. Amygdalus persica, A. davidiana and A. ferganensis are closer in relation, and A. kansuensis has a more remote origin in Amygdalus species.
