采用有限元法探讨横管式煤气初冷器的运行方式

摘要 本文在对涟钢焦化厂初冷器热工测试的基础上,采用有限元法对其进行数值模拟仿真优化研究,分析了焦化厂煤气初冷系统运行状况,找出了影响煤气冷却效果的因素和操作上存在的问题,对其运行方式进行探讨并提出了具体的改进建议,对煤气初冷器的运行效果起到了较好作用。 In this paper the operation situation of the primary cooler system in Coke-oven Plant of Lianyuan Steel Company is studied by thermal testing and numerical simulation with finite element method. Some existing problems of operation and the factors affecting the cooling efficiency are analyzed. Its operation methods are also discussed and some improving suggestions are presented, which improved the operation efficiency of the primary cooler greatly.
