摘要
溶脲脲原体(UU)是泌尿生殖道感染的常见病原体。本文实验结果表明:对数生长期的UU、热灭活UU和UU上清液与小鼠淋巴细胞共同培养均能明显增强小鼠T淋巴细胞分泌IL-2的活性,提示UU感染大鼠睾丸的病理损伤可能与局部微环境中细胞因子网络改变有关。
Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) is one of the common pathogens in the urogenital tracts. It has been verified that UU infection could lead to significant pathologic changes in testis using an animal model of ascending UU infection. In this paper, we reported the effect of UU on IL-2 production by mouse spleen T lymphocytes. It was shown that living UU at logarithmic growth phase and the heat inactivated UU as well as UU supernatant (no UU) could stimulate the production of IL-2 by the mouse T lymphocytes (P<0.05 or P<0. 01). These results suggeste that the alterations of cytokine network in local microenvironment might be responsible for the pathological changes in testis of UU infected animal model.
