摘要
采用转炉冶炼-LF精炼-RH真空精炼—连铸工艺，成功生产了国内最厚的320mm厚连铸大板坯。连铸阶段合理采用轻压下工艺，优化了连铸坯内部质量。
The thickest slab with 320mm thickness in China is successfully produced by the process of BOF-LF-RH-CC by Shouqin Metal Material Co., Ltd. In the continuous casting process, the softreduction is properly applied, which optimizes the slab internal quality.
