摘要
滚子轴松动原因是滚子轴与其安装槽结构不合理，厂、段修焊接质量不高等造成。对此，文章提出了改进设计、提高焊接质量等措施。
The loosening of the roller shaft is caused by the unreasonable structure of the roller shaft and its mounting groove,bad welding quality in overhaul or depot repair,etc..Hence,such measures as improving design and welding quality are put forward in this paper.
