摘要
对SANTANA-2000轿车转向盘骨架强度做了协调元与非协调元,块单元与梁单元的有限元对比计算,通过试验验证,证实了空间等参块单元在转向盘骨架强度有限元分析中的可靠性;对SANTANA-2000轿车转向盘骨架做了初步改进设计,使其初步达到了气囊转向盘的使用要求。
Brick and beam elements are used in the finite element analysis of Santana-2000 steeringwheel. and the reliability of 3-D incompatible isoparametric brick element is verified through tests. An initial improvement of Santana-2000 steeringwheel is made, whose simulated test results meet the requirements for an airbag-steeringwheel.
