摘要
类风湿性关节炎为一种慢性炎症性滑膜疾病，主要表现为外周关节的对称性多关节炎，亦可累及关节外器官，如肺、心、神经系统和皮肤。类风湿性嗜中性皮炎为严重的类风湿性关节炎的少见的皮肤表现之一。迄今，全球约报道30例。
