摘要
自身免疫性皮肤病主要由淋巴细胞的功能异常引起，对严重的、难治性自身免疫性皮肤病可给予造血干细胞移植。20世纪90年代中期造血干细胞移植正式用于治疗严重的自身免疫性疾病，其中包括系统性硬皮病、系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎、青少年反应性关节炎。对现有的病历资料分析，造血干细胞移植有效、可行。目前，仍在开展多中心、随机、对照试验及长期随访，比较造血干细胞移植与常规治疗的安全性和疗效。
Various lymphocytic subpopulations, especially T lymphocytes, are involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune dermatosis, hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation （HSCT） has been developed as a novel treatment modality for refractory and severe autoimmtme dermatosis. Since the mid-1990s, HSCT has been used in more than 1000 patients with severe autoimmune diseases worldwide, including systemic sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, and juvenile idiopathic arthritis. Up to now, it has been evidenced that HSCT is feasible and effectual. Prospective multi-centre, randomized, controlled phase Ⅲ trials and long-term follow-up have been carried out to compare the safety and efficacy of HSCT versus conventional therapy.
