摘要
分析了汽车把手面盖制品的结构和成型工艺特点,介绍了其表面浮纤现象的形成原因和改善措施,重点探讨了通过调整模具结构、优化注射成型工艺条件来有效改善浮纤现象的技术要点。结果表明,通过合理调整模具浇注系统和注射成型工艺参数,可有效改善表面浮纤现象。
The structue and molding process characteristic of car handle cover were analyzed. The reasons for the glass fiber revealed phenomena on the surface of molded parts and the measures for improving this defect were stated, and the technology points for improving the defect through adjusting the mould structure and optimizing the injection molding process were described particularly. The results showed that the glass fiber revealed phenomena was effectively improved by means of adjusting the mould pouring system and the injection molding parameter in reason.
