载重子午线轮胎胎圈疲劳分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用Abaqus软件建立子午线轮胎的三维有限元模型,对胎体帘布反包端部裂纹扩展过程进行数值模拟。采用虚拟裂纹闭合技术计算裂纹扩展的应变能释放率,并对裂纹扩展寿命进行计算。研究结果表明,所建立的轮胎裂纹模型能有效地对轮胎胎圈疲劳破坏行为进行描述,并能较好地预测轮胎的疲劳寿命。 A three-dimensional finite element model of TBR tire was established by use of Abaqus software to simulate crack propagation on carcass ply turn up ends. The strain energy release rate of the crack propagation was calculated by using virtual crack closure technique, and fatigue life was fore- casted. The simulation results showed that the tire crack model could be used to describe endurance failure behaviour of the tire bead effectively and predict fatigue life of the tire better.
