摘要
利用广义遗传模型，对家蚕杂种后代基因型和杂种优势进行了分析，提出了估算基因方差分量、杂种后代基因型及杂种优势率的方法．对品种遗传性状的正确评价及杂交组合的合理选配具有理论指导作用．
The calculating method for estimation of the genetic variance, genotype and heterosis of filial generation was established by the application of general genetic model to the analysis of genotype and heterosis of silkworm hybrids. It is theoretically important for correct evaluation of the genetic characters of silkworm varieties and proper selection of hybrid combinations.
