摘要
本试验对甘薯黑斑病接种方法的影响因素、发病条件、对接种用薯块的要求和抗病、感病标准品种的设置等方面进行了研究。并根据研究结果提出甘薯黑斑病采用薯块接种时，正确和规范的甘薯黑斑病鉴定操作规程及注意事项。
Factors influencing the successful inoculation of black rot (C. fimbriata) of sweet potato (I. batatas),as well as the optimum predisposing conditions. requirement of storage roots to be inoculated, and the proper use of the standard resistant and susceptible checks were studied. Based on the results obtained, a standard procedure for the operation of proper testing of resistance of sweet potato to black rot was established, so as to ensure reliable results.
