摘要
基于钢水脱氧与提高钢水纯净度的处理机理,分析了连铸浇铸过程下水口堵塞的影响因素,提出了脱氧方式、喂硅钙线等工艺的有关改进措施,解决了堵水口的问题,稳定了生产节奏,也取得了较好的经济效益。
Based on principle of deoxygenation and improving purity of steel, the effect factors of SEN jam in casting were analysed. At the same time, it educes relate improved method of technology, such as deoxygenation and feeding Ca-Si wire, resolves SEN jam, stabilizes production cadences and gains good economic benefits.
