摘要
根据柴油发动机故障诊断教学系统的功能要求,提出采用故障树作为故障状态识别方法,并以WD615系列柴油发动机的一个综合性故障为例,进行FMEA分析,建立故障树,进行定性和定量分析,并对故障诊断系统的知识表示和决策推理进行设计,最终为系统的实现打下基础。
According to the function requirements of diesel engine failure diagnosis system, the article presents fault tree as the fault status identification, method, chooses a integrated failure of WD615 series diesel engine as the example, makes FMEA analysis, builds the fault tree, carries out the qualitative and quantitative analysis, design the knowledge representation and decision reasoning for the fault diagnosis system, provides basis for the system realization finally.
