摘要
开发了三峡右岸拌和楼混凝土生产管理与车辆自动调度系统之子系统——汽车牌号图像识别系统．重点讨论了图像识别算法和识别牌的定位方法．依识别牌几何特征提出了一种特殊的二值化处理方法．生产实践证明该图像识别系统具有较高的可靠性与稳定性，完全符合生产和设计要求．
The subsystem of concrete production management and truck auto dispatch system of the concrete mixing shop on the right side of the Three Gorges, i.e. image recognition system of truck identification is developed. The image recognition algorithm and locating method of the recognized truck mark are discussed in detail. Based on the geometric characterization of the recognized mark, a special image method is binary coded proposed. The practical application indicates that the subsystem has higher reliability and stability, and meets the requirements of concrete production and system design.
