二维分层生物媒质中低频诱发电场的数值计算

摘要 采用有限差分法对低频磁场在二维分层生物媒质中诱发的电场进行了数值计算.在处理边界条件时,将方程在界点处进行离散化,非正则内点的值由正则内点和界点的值作线性插值求得,并选用以切比雪夫法加速的RB松弛迭代法.该计算方法不仅效率高,并且计算结果在边界上具有很高的精度. The numerical calculation of induced electric field becomes more and more important in the researches on biological effects of low frequency magnetic fields. Using finite difference method, we carry out the numerical calculation of the electric field induced by a low frequency magnetic field in a two dimensional stratified biological medium. The equations are discretized on boundaries, and the values of the variables on non canonical points are calculated by linear interpolation of values on canonical points and boundary points. The RB iterative relaxation method speeded up by Chebyshev method is adopted. The numerical results show that the algorithm applied is effective and more accurate than previous calculations, especially on boundaries. It indicates that the presented iteration method and the boundary treatment are feasible.
