摘要
政府办非营利性医院是国家医疗服务提供的主体,从财务管理的角度,对医院的运营状况进行分析,是现代医院管理中必不可少的重要环节。本文以3家医院为例,运用杜邦财务分析体系对其财务状况进行对比分析,全面掌握医院的财务状况和经营情况,并针对其中存在的问题提供相应的建议。
State-owned non-profit hospital is the principal part of health service delivery system. Using the financial data to explore the operation condition is essential for the hospital management. Dupont system is used in this paper to discuss three hospitals funding utilization efficiency, and suggestions are proposed to improve the management of the hospital.
