材料等径角挤压法发展新趋势 被引量:4

摘要 材料等径角挤压法(ECAP)有着相对简单的制备工艺及较好的细化效果。综述了块体纳米材料等径角挤压制备技术的工作原理,并分别介绍了新发展的连续等径角挤压方法,如旋转模具ECAP技术、多级连续ECAP法、板材连续剪切变形法、ECAP-Conform新技术等,并对连续等径角挤压法的应用前景进行了展望。 Equal-Channel Angular Pressing (ECAP) is of relatively simpler preparation technology and better refining effect. The operating principle of bulk nano materials prepared by ECAP technology was briefed, the new developed continuous ECAP of process was introduced, including Rotarydie ECAP, Multi-stage continuous ECAP, Continuous Confined Strip Shearing and ECAP-Conform new technology. The application orosoect of continuous ECAP technology was discussed.
