摘要
转换层是高层建筑的重要结构层,其施工方案直接决定了工程的施工质量、安全、工期和效益。结合洛阳国际贸易中心工程实践,对梁式转换层结构施工方案尤其是支撑体系进行了优化设计,通过类比分析,综合采用了荷载传递、埋设钢管、叠合浇筑方法。同时进行了支撑体系承载力验算、主要杆件受力验算,并对支撑体系采取框支柱根部设置预埋件、立杆下垫钢板等加强措施,保证工程质量,并取得明显的经济效益。
Transfer floor is an important structure in high-rise building, whose construction schemes can influence project quality, safe, period and benefit. Combining with Luoyang International Trade Center, the construction schemes of girder transfer floor are optimized for design, especially the support system. By comparison, the combination method of load transfer, burying steel tube, congruent pouring is adopted. Moreover, the capacity checking for support system and stress checking for main members are made, and the strengthening measures for support system are pointed out, which are setting embedded parts in root of fraroe-supperted column, padding steel plate under erect bars. These measures can assure project quality and have obvious economic effects.
