摘要
研制了一台对旋转体类工件在一次安装的条件下对其内、外轮廓的全部几何参数及轮廓度误差进行检测的精密仪器.该仪器采用工件旋转,传感器沿其法向进行极坐标测量的原理以及利用微机采集、处理数据的五坐标结构方案,实现了对组合型复杂旋转体类工件的高精度测量.
A special purpose precision device for measuring revolutionary solid workpiece with half ball shape is developed. It can be used for measuring geometrical parameters and profile error of both outer and inner profiles in one setting operation of a workpiece. The device is worked with a principle of workpiece rotated and polar measurement and has a five coordinates structure provided with a micro computer for gathering and processing the measuring data. And, the key technical arrangement for the device is introduced.
