摘要
以电站锅炉为对象,研究提取合适的炉内结渣故障特征参数。建立了考虑结渣的膜式水冷壁温度场的计算模型。计算结果表明背火侧鳍端温度受炉内结渣影响显著,并有较好的温度特性曲线,而受其他因素影响较小。因此,提出了以背火侧鳍端温度作为诊断炉内结渣严重程度的故障特征量。文中介绍了所建模型及其与试验数据的比较结果,分析了各个因素对鳍端温度的影响,为解决炉内结渣的诊断提供了一个良好的新途径。
Within the context of pulverized coal boiler, this paper presents a mathematical model for calculating the temperature distribution of water walls considering the fouling, compares the consequence with the experimental data, analyses every fact that influences the temperature distribution. The results show that the temperature of rear fin end is affected by the fouling of water walls rather more conspicuously than others, and it can be used to diagnose the fouling fault of water walls as a characteristic parameter.
