摘要
水资源常是制约区域经济可持续发展的重要因素．通过对典型喀斯特小流域作水资源供需平衡分析，分析了流域水资源的主要存在问题，提出了一些积极的对策．为位于高原分水岭处的喀斯特区域水资源可持续开发利用与脱贫提供科学依据．
The deficit of water resource is one of the main factors which restrict the sustainable economic development. In this paper, based on the comparison of water supplies and demands and analysis of the main problems of water exploitation and utilization in typical small karst basin located in the divide areas of Guizhou Plateau, we offer some solutions as the scientific basis for the water exploitation and utilization and sustainable economic deveopment in those karst regions in the divide areas of Guizhou Plateau.
