摘要
为了用8mm波段傅里叶变换谱仪测量气体的转动吸收谱线,研制了一个用作气体样品池的圆柱螺旋腔.讨论了如何通过选择腔体结构和耦合方式抑制干扰模,并对腔的模式纯度和有载QL值进行了测试.
The cylindrical helical cavity sample pool is installed to measure gas rotational absorption spectra by means of an 8 mm microwave Fourier transform spectrometer.Techniques for suppression of unwanted oscillation modes through selecting the structure of cavity and method of coupling are discussed.The modes spurious and loaded cavity quality factor are measured
