省直机关223名中老年知识分子膳食营养调查

Survey of Diet and Nutrition of 223 Middle-Aged Intellectuals among Fujian Provincial Departments

摘要 平均每人每天摄入食物1350.56g.碳水化物、脂肪、蛋白质三者供能比例较合理,但 早餐供能偏低,中、晚餐供能偏高.主、副食品品种单调.相对体重(γ)属于正常者男性占 51.86%, 女性58.82%.取负荷试验维生素缺乏与不足者B125%、B210.11%、C14.75. The survey shows that the daily food indake by each middle-aged in- tellectual is at an average of 1320.56g. The proportion of energy supply from carbohydrate, fat and protein tends to be rather rational, but the energy supply from breakfast is on the low side and that from lunch or supper is on the high side. Urine test shows that the percentage of avitaminosis is 25% for B1,10. 11% for B2, and 14. 25 forC.. The percentage of relatively normal weights are 51. 85% in male and 58.82% in female.
