摘要
北京首都机场扩建工程停车楼及交通中心(GTC)工程屋顶钢结构拱支座为三向曲面空间三维结构,拱支座数量多、高度较高且为倾斜结构,并要求清水混凝土达到A类;拱支座顶部预埋件重量大(1.9~2.23t),安装精度要求高,施工难度很大。针对这些难点和问题,通过认真策划,精心组织,并采取一系列有效的技术措施,满足了各项施工要求,取得了令人满意的效果。
Steel roof arch support saddle in Parking and Traffic Center Project of Capital Airport Expansion Engineering is in a three dimensional structure, there are a great many of arch support saddles that high and tilt, those arch support saddles is required to reaching A grade as-cast-finish concrete; the embedded parts on the top are so heavy (1.9t - 2.23t), high accuracy of installation is requested. Through carefully planning and construction, the accuracy of embedded parts' location is ensured, satisfactory effect is achieved.
