摘要
文章根据施工现场对焊接单V和双V型坡口的修磨情况,探讨了坡口修磨对现场超声波探伤的影响,介绍了理论坡口与修磨后坡口成型后焊缝的超声波检测,分析了超声波探伤各种反射波在理论坡口与现场修磨后实际坡口中的形成情况,为超声波在现场实际中的探伤提供借鉴和参考。
Based on on-site experiences of single- and double-V groove grinding, the effects of groove grinding on on-site ultrasonic flaw detection are discussed. The ultrasonic inspection of welds of theoretical and grinded grooves is introduced. The echoes from both theoretical and grinded grooves are analyzed providing references for on-site ultrasonic flaw detection.
