摘要
哺乳动物体细胞克隆技术在动物育种及珍稀动物保护领域具有极其广阔的应用前景,但极低的成功率限制了这项技术的应用。相关学者从不同方面进行了研究,试图提高体细胞克隆技术的成功率。综述了近年来哺乳动物体细胞克隆技术的研究进展,为其相关研究提供必要的参考。
The technique of mammal somatic cell cloning has a broad applying perspective in the fields of animal feeding and endangered animals protection, but the application of this technique was limited by its extremely low efficiency. Many researches were carried out in order to improve the efficiency of this technique. In this article, the research progress on mammal somatic cell cloning related theories was reviewed, thus can be able to offer some refers for this technology research.
