摘要
教员队伍是军队院校建设的关键。美国军官学校教员具有选拔程序严格、队伍素质高、人员不断交流更新等特点。其科学的教员选拔手段、合理的人才流动机制和文职教员优厚的待遇等制度值得我军在院校改革中学习借鉴。
Faculty development is a key factor for the construction of service academies. The faculty of US service academies is famous for its small quantity but high quality. Faculty development is characterized of scientific faculty recruitment policy, constant renewal of its members, rational faculty mobility system and the treatment of the civilian faculty. These deserve our attention.
