摘要
介绍电子商务消费者个人信息,包括消费者个人基本情况信息、个人网络活动信息和个人网络空间储存的信息;对消费者个人信息的侵害主要表现为非法收集和非法利用电子商务消费者个人信息。消费者个人信息安全主要体现在消费者对自己的个人信息拥有如下权利:消费者个人信息收集的知情权、个人信息收集的选择权、个人信息的控制权、个人信息安全的请求权和个人信息使用的限制权。指出保护电子商务消费者个人信息,需要建立起消费者的自我保护、行业自律和法律规制三道防线。
Online consumer's personal information includes the basic information of the online consumer, the information about the consumer' s online activities and the information stored in the online environment by the consumer. Unlawful gathering and using the online consumer' s personal information are the two main kinds of impinging, the online consumer' s personal information. The online consumer has the right to know, the right to select, and the right to control, upon the gathering his personal information, the fight to request about the security of his personal information and the right to restrict about the using his personal information. To protect the online consumer' s personal information, self - protection of the online consumer, self - regulation of the online commerce industry and the regulation of laws and codes are three indispensable ways.
