摘要
随着自动化控制技术的快速发展,国产DCS系统开始在火电机组自动控制系统中得到应用。但在600MW及1000MW超临界、超超临界机组上采用国产DCS控制系统还处于起步阶段。文章介绍了目前国内主要3种DCS控制系统的技术特点、硬件制造、工程组态、工程服务及应用业绩等,分析了国产DCS系统在大型机组上应用的技术特点,并提出实际工程应用的建议。
With the rapid development of automation and control technologies, domestic DCS systems start to be used in thermal power unit automatic control systems. However, applications of domestic DCS in 600 MW and 1 000 MW SC and USC units are still in its early stage. The technical features, hardware manufacturing, engineering configurations, services, and application performances, etc., of the 3 major DCS control systems widely used in the nation are introduced. Technical characteristics of domestic DCS on large units are analyzed. Recommendations on engineering application are also presented.
