摘要
目的:探讨甲状腺癌二次手术患者围术期的护理方法。方法:对126例行甲状腺癌二次手术患者的护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组发生喉返神经轻度损伤4例,均在6个月内恢复,低钙抽搐3例,经处理后分别于术后7 d、15 d、30 d好转停药,无永久性低钙抽搐,未发生其他并发症。所有患者均恢复良好顺利出院。结论:甲状腺癌二次手术并发症发生率较首次手术高,护理人员要充分做好手术前后各种准备工作,加强围术期护理。
Objective： To discuss the perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of thyroid cancer with reoperation. Methods： The data of nursing care for the 126 patients who were operated again were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The recurrent mild injury of laryngeal nerve occurred in 4 patients, who recovered within 6 months ; 3 patients had convulsions due to low calcium and they were treated for 7 days, 15 days and 30 days respectively after operation and much improvement was found in all patients. Non - permanent hypocalcemia convulsion and the other complications occurred. All patients restored and were discharged from hospital. Conclusion： The incidence of surgical complications of reoperation is higher than that of the first surgery, so preparation should be fully done before and after operation and perioperative nursing care need to be enhanced.
